@heyziq, yes it's been quite a while now, but that's due to some other things taking priority before the project. So now I'm taking it one step at a time, but do hope to have it finished till the end of summer... hopefully Smile

i believe u will need piggy back or stand alone, as you will using the original 206 engine wiring right?

So in the past week we've changed the torsion bars for the 21mm Peugeot Sport bars and the ride difference is unbelivable. This is one of the most under-done mods around and it's so worth it. The car feels more balanced and doesn't squeek over potholes and bumps, not to mention the cornering characteristics have improved significantly. The turn in feels alot more neutral almost a bit tail happy, where before it was quite understeerish.

Same here, I also changed 19,5mm for 21mm torsion bars, and I agree with every single word.
We have similar suspension setup on cars, and I am now thinking about 206 RC front ARB.

Why would you want a thicker front ARB? It would only add to the (still existing albeit not too noticable) understeer. I'd rather take a look at an aditional rear ARB. It would make sense though, if you used the 23mm torsion bars as it would (probably) be a bit too tail happy Smile

I'd wonder what 23mm torsion bars would do to the bodyshell long term. They are after all intended for tarmac rally use on cars with full cages fitted!

ZiAn, what do you mean about aditional ARB?
I changed ARB, and fitted GTI180 22mm ARB.

@Goldin, I was referring to the aftermarket Whiteline rear ARB Wink Check it out, it just might be worth it for you, as you also uprated the front Wink

Quick update after a long while Smile

New wheels --> OEM ones of a GTi180
New brakes --> changed the 607 Brembos for 406 Brembos (should get them mounted in the spring)
New ECU for the 2.2 project --> ECUMaster EMU
And the 2.2 16v engine is finally getting put together, so in about 3 months it should be up and running Smile

Pics will follow, when I'll have some spare time Smile

haha tb206hdi, yes that's quite annoying Very Happy but I got used to it. At first my friends were laughing their asses of as they thought I was switching on the indicators while steering left and right Laughing

And back to the topic, we've decided that we're going to make our own throttle bodies. The reason for this, they can be designed just the way we want to, they will be far cheaper than Jenvey ones and we can make them look as standard as possible.

BTW I found a pic of the car on the latest track setup Twisted Evil
