cam belt changed bout a year ago problem on started bout 3 month ago

check your belts are not slack, as it sounds like a timing issue tbh

Exhaust noise didn't change did it when cambelt was done?

no exhaust noise was the same after the cam belt fit changed bout 3 months ago

Same here, I'd be interested to find out if you sorted. I have similar fault, changed Temp sensor (cheers for heads up on that Mattymj), that cured poor revving, but get the same drop/recover of rev's usually when changing gears or if I blip the throttle.
