I have installed eibach pro kit then lowered my car at 2.5 or 3 cm. I have it with stock damper so on smooth street its sticked while im driving but on rough surface its rebounded like a boat floating on tiny wave. I plan to change these stock damper into sachs performance red tube. what kind of benefit im going to get from sachs? more sticky less rebound. If anyone have had any experiences please share. thank you in advance.

Disagree with that strongly.

206 1400 8v HDi, Battle Bus - More Radical than Peugeot
205 1600 8v GTi, Track Toy Trauma, PatcHes - Driving again after 10 years since it was last on the road!
205 1600 8v GTi, The One and Only, FuDGe - Off the road again. Need to finish PatcHes first!
307 2000 16v XSi HDi - Comfy Cruiser

In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. In practice, there is.

I think only yours rusted as like that. Maybe bad luck or something but I never saw any brand dampers rusted like yours in 10 years.

Thanks guy I will go for Bilstein B8. Do you guy know where to placed order on line that they would have shipment service to Thailand the trust one. There is only Sachs performance for Peugeot206 here in Thailand dealt to we only have less than 100 of Peugeot 206 in my country. I have just ordered key flip followed by one thread from one guy here who. Here the dealer would get me 70 pounds for keyshell. I bought it from e bay only 9 pounds(plus shipping). Thank for the website.

it will be very expensive to ship internationally, will have to consider the import tax too.

for example, demontweek charge 93.67GBP for delivery to thailand (1 set of suspension kit)

better to contact your local bilstein suppler

Bought from German Ebay. As you know that Bilstein a German production. Shipping cost very very low. I paid 24 euro shipping for Bilstein B14 coilover kit Germany to Turkey. Guys dont resent but UK carrier companys shipping costs just fortune.

You can bought B12 tuning kit (b8 with eibach) or direct B8 kit. If you didnt find B8 kit on ebay just ask an seller.

Hi guys,
Not sure where it's best to post these, but in case anyone here can confirm them, here are the spring rates for the B12 Pro (with -25mm eibach springs) and the B14 coilovers for the RC/GTi180 as a reply to an email I sent to the guys at Bilstein:

Quote::

B12 Pro-kit - 46-182241
Front spring - E10-70-002-07-20 – 26N/mm or 151lbs/inch

B14 - 47-087569
Front main - E4-FD1-Y405A00 - 50N/mm or 285lbs/inch
Helper - E4-FD1-Z351A00 - 45N/mm or 257lbs/inch

The "257lbs/inch" sounds way too much for a helper spring.... Rolling Eyes
