found a kit thats for the gti 138 on fleabay, but unsure if the 180 has a different hose configuration, any help would be appreciated

Yeah...it wont work, its very annoying! Fitment to the rad is slightly different as i recall and also you have the issue of the heat exchanger hoses.

gutted! thanks bud, any other alternatives, im doing a few things to the abysmal cooling system and thought i'd be aswell changing the hoses to silicone? thanks
