Check the fuses first and then perhaps try a new fan relay. I would go with Eds idea and stick with full speed only. Less to go wrong in the future

can i not run it with a live and remove the relays all together and run it from another source ie thermostat

fuses all seem fine but wiring not 100% as some functions dont work how they used to and some interfeer with others

You need a relay to take the current. If you go direct to wiring your asking for a fire. This is why I scrapped the French wiring and made up my own loom from scratch

Swap the top and bottom one over. Try it again and see if it works

finally got round to fitting my lexan windows, the fronts still need securing at the bottom when i cut the inner out of the door, the rears i riveted in but due to the lip from the rubber it ended up bowing the lexan inward Embarassed , i used some silicone to stop it leaking, i recomend bolts with locking nuts for anyone trying this as that would eliminate the bowing and with spacer between would help, mine are stuck now so no going back, i could drill out the rivets and replace with bolts but the silicone i used is also a strong glue Rolling Eyes

ill weigh the glass to add it up im guessing 5 kg and with door inner it should be near 10kg in total bringing the new total to near 170kg removed

also got some std seat runners and some steel to make the subframes for the buckets

next pllan is to re wire the rad fan then once its all running how it was ill be cleaning it up inside and removing lugs etcc

Brembo pads up front just std type or fast road etc im looking at pagid blue as herd really good things about them and yeah cheapo discs all round a groove is a groove at end of the day. Also considering ferrodo ds2500 as there rated by alot of members and a lot cheaper
