Seems like a load of wires just to fold / unfold mirrors.

my only concern would be them folding in when the doors lock after driving off.

Wire it in to the deadlocking ( if you have it ) as that has safety logic built in Wink

How difficult is it to move a switch next to the handbrake? Or if you have povvy spec like me, to move the mirror with your hand when you get out of the car.

Works perfectly fine for me.

Normally after switching off ignition & opening door ( or waiting the 45 seconds for BSI to cut power to mirrors before I open a door ) I turn the mirror knob back towards the front so next time the ignition is switched on the mirrors unfold.

Technically speaking I could easily tack one of these mirror units on to the window total closure unit I have if I could be bothered Laughing

Normally I twist it before opening door and twist it back once door is open. Then when I start it up later they open when turn ignition on.

But im getting lazy Razz

Be nice if you could get hold of a wiring diagram for the device, then it will be easy to see how hard it will be to wire in to a multiplexed 206.

Hopefully its accepts a pulse input, if it needs a permanent ground input ( most devices like this do & most aftermarket alarms cater for them ) then it gets harder using the standard locking / alarm system to control it.
