Does anyone know how or what tools are used to remove the freon aircon pipes on the 1.6hdi air con system?
I broke a pipe a while ago and now have the time and money to get it fixed. I bought the replacement pipe from Peugeot, but cannot get the old one out.
The pipe that needs removal, fits inside another pipe and there seems to be some sort of circlip/spring clip holding the two together. Tried pulling it, but as it's aluminium it's going to break.
Any ideas?
Cheers

Take it to an air con specialist & let them fit the pipe with the correct tools.
You will need them to re gas the system anyway unless your going the fast fit bodge it route for the AC.
