Hi All,
New problem with my wife's 206 (2005) LX. Central locking has stopped working.
When the car is locked manually with the key and you press the buttons the lights flash outside as you would expect. Cabin light goes on and off also. When you sit in the car and do the same there is a click on the dash somewhere but nothing happens either.
I looked at the fuses under the steering wheel (#16 I read) it doesnt LOOK blown but is it worth changing it anyway?
Any other ideas?
Thanks,
Fionny

Could be one of the solenoids is gone.
I think you can try disconnecting them one at a time, and once the car locks, you've identified the one that needs replacing.
I may have made that up though.....
Also, if you've changed door cards recently, just check that there is enough clearance all round at the top of the card for the locking button. I had that as a problem once when I changed things around...!
