my 206 is only running on no 2 and 3 cylinders, i have replaced coil pack, injectors and spark plugs, valve timing and compressions spot on, not firing on no 1 and no 4, can anyone help me sort it out, thanks, adran

How have you worked out that it's only firing on 2 and 3?

Any fault codes showing up?

Has it just started misfiring or was any work done just before it started?

NO FAULT CODES,STARTS FINE BUT RUNS ON 2 AND 3, I CHECKED EACH INJECTOR FOR TICKING 2 AND 3 TICK OK BUT 1 AND 4 NOTHING, FITTED SECOND HAND INJECTORS AND COIL PACK BUT NO DIFFERENCE,I HAVE CLEANED STEPPER SWITCH AND OTHER SENSORS,COMPRESSIONS 150, VALVE TIMING OK. !

you need to check the wiring loom,if there is any damage,if all is good,then i think you have a problem with the ECU

checking the wiring and tested the coil pack connector, the 4 leads that go in clockwise from top left yellow/grey, grey/brown, red/white red/blue, on engine tick over i light tested them 3 leads light up ok the grey/brown is dead, should they all light up ? the engine ticks over fine at a steady 900 revs but will not road drive no power, any advice thanks.
