Hello everyone!

Today I've chaneged relay connectors beacuse they were melted. But when I turned A/C on the fan did not kick in on low speed. Low and high speed does work. Resistor next to radiator is ok. What else can I check?

If low speed fan is working but the A/C isn't - get the refrigerant pressure checked as the pressure safety switch will not allow the A/C system clutch to engage if the system pressure is to low or to high.

Low speed works when I manually press the relay. It won't kick in when A/C is on or to cool down the engine. No error codes for now in PP2000 Sad

Sounds like you still have a dodgy connection or dodgy relay.

Planet can run both the cooling fan speeds in the actuator test.

I have a small update: low speed is not working (even in PP2000)
I also have an error code P0480 for high fan speed

I found it easier to replace the complete cooling fan loom on a 206 then try & repair the original rotten loom.

And how far does this wire loom go? Straight to BSM? Is it easy to remove?
