what does this mean it flashes when the front 1 is both turned on or off ????

The SRS system has detected a fault, so no airbags or seat belt pretensioners will fire in the event of a crash.

Check the wires under both drivers and passengers seat [if you have them]
The big orange wire in the drivers fuse box
The connector on the rear of the drivers airbag
The connection on the ecu under the ash tray
The passengers airbag connection also.

NOTE: disconnect the battery prior to messing about with the airbags
