Some people are really rude on the phone
I've called all the body shops around here and if I buy a brand new bonnet in black primer, and get it resprayed, they want around £300 to fade it in with the wings, or £120 if I just want it there and 'it will stick out like a sore thumb', is this right? lol

Get the bonnet sprayed with standard china blue and detail the rest of your car. This will restore your paintwork and your bonnet wont stick out like a sore thumb because your whole car will look all new n shiney!
