If it hasn't and you change it your adding another £150 or so onto the price or if you don't change it it could snap and cost you a hell of a lot more in repairs.
Is it local? Go and look at it to find out more. The info you've given isn't accurate enough to decide if it's worth it.

My old Quicksilver was an 03 with Ph2 lights, Ph1 rear lights and boot strips.
