just bought an old spoiler thats got like 3mm deep sealant gue stuff on it from the last time it was fitted.

anyone got any ideas on how to remove it. its black and has a small amount of flex so could be tiger seal??

Heat and scrape with a knife of some sort?

Or failing that rough sandpaper? should do the trick

I used a hair dryerand a stanley knife blade when i stripped it off my spoiler from the scrappy, seemed to work ok Smile

i recently fitted a spoiler, i used white spirit to get all the cr*p off. worked a treat

re screw the hole! Razz there are tools available from ebay and halfords to do it!

White spirit or petrol will work well.
