One of my rear calipers is F'ed so to speak, When I changed the discs and pads the Piston just would not wind back in at all, I somehow got the new discs and pads on and it works but have a replacement caliper which I aim to put on in the near future.

Been playing the the replacement caliper giving it a clean up etc and I cant get the piston out, I have unwound it to a stage where its on the last of the thread and keeps spinning (like something behind it is preventing it from coming out, which is understandable)

Is there no way of getting the piston out? I really just want to see whats behind it and give it a clean out etc. Was even thinking of swaping the parts over.
