#1: Organising West midlands meet *OLD* Author: Andrew, Location: Black Country Ay IPosted: Mon Aug 23, 2010 7:25 am ---- The other thread is a bit old and seemed to be going nowhere
So, who'd be interested, where would be best/most fun for everyone, and when?
And don't forget kids if you don't bring in your parental consent forms, you can't go! Last edited by Andrew on Tue Aug 24, 2010 9:45 am; edited 1 time in total

#4: Re: Organising West midlands meet Author: Andrew, Location: Black Country Ay IPosted: Mon Aug 23, 2010 7:43 am ---- Well I'm guessing a day on a weekend would be best for a lot of people, there was a suggestion we could go to somewhere like evesham, quiet place in the countryside with really nice pubs
#5: Re: Organising West midlands meet Author: C-MAN, Location: RedditchPosted: Mon Aug 23, 2010 7:51 am ---- Eveshams good with me only a 5 mile drive from mine,
Or what about ragley hall, iirc we could do a bbq there

#10: Re: Organising West midlands meet Author: Geoff, Location: Evesham, WorcestershirePosted: Mon Aug 23, 2010 10:45 am ---- I will be interested... I live not very far from Ragley Hall. Ragley is a good option - it might be a bit expensive for some to get in - if not, down in Evesham is always ok.
Get a date and place up... there are a few of us around the area.
#11: Re: Organising West midlands meet Author: Andrew, Location: Black Country Ay IPosted: Mon Aug 23, 2010 10:49 am ---- Everyone alright for ragley hall/evesham then? Not been to ragley hall myself but up for it, do you need to book it in advance or just pay on the door?
when is best for everyone?
#12: Re: Organising West midlands meet Author: Geoff, Location: Evesham, WorcestershirePosted: Mon Aug 23, 2010 10:54 am ---- You can pay on the door but its £7.50 per Adult on a Saturday and £8.50 on a Sunday.
I would suggest you go atleast a month in advance - so you can get most people together. Ragley shuts at the end of October for the winter so it might be a tough call.
