I've got a garage receipt saying "belt work" attached to a parts receipt listing tensioners and a "gates micro-V belt (68392xs)". Is this a timing belt? If not what is it?

I probably could do it myself with my Haynes manual but some things I leave to the 'pros' for reasons stated above.
