no mate its just held on by adhesive when you take it off t cut it to get the remainding glue off to leave you with a clean finish , car looks great btw !

nope they just stick on mate heat the glue up with a hairdryer carefully peel off then polish job done Very Happy

Oh great cheers guys for your comments, by the way in order to lower the car i know the fronts need springs but ive heard that the back is a torsion bar? does anybody know the rough process for this? cheers

there is a how to on here mate but sometimes its easyier to get it done at a garage to save the hassle as bits can get stuck lol

total cost for springs and torsion fromm£110 to £250

If you can hold a hammer, use a wd40 spray can, have brains and some common sense. Do it yourself Smile
