This has been posted on the marshalls site... for Brands Hatch under intructions:-

11. GUESTS & MEDIA
Ensure that no unauthorised vehicles drive onto the stage. Ensure Guests are kept well back from the stage route and away from the outside of bends. It is easier to stop spectators entering these areas than to move them once they have become established. If there are more Guests than you can adequately control, inform the nearest Radio Point. Representatives of the media will be clearly identified and are allowed to place themselves anywhere, HOWEVER, they should be encouraged to stand in safe areas and at no time place themselves or anyone else in danger. Remember that these individuals will have signed-on and therefore operate under their own cognisance.

So Hi Viz bibs will probably get you everywhere. I am trying to get them printed now

you will get hi vis vests provided for media.

I think u will struggle to get all these ppl signed on as media tho. The coc will not be too happy if he has that many media people on course

Well all im saying is that I know on BRC events you need proof of media accreditation. Might be worth while making up a media card or something to say you have a website etc.

I know mate its worth a shot tho, the bibs will have the info logo on them so could be alright

OK.... bibs are done.... We will be staying at the Thistle Hotel at Brands Hatch the night before the event so we will meet up with you guys Sunday morning in the main service area... If you give me a ring Mikey when you arrive I will let you know where Janine or myself are....
