If you go down the fuel injection route you need to provide a fuel sample point. It consists of a dry-break coupling and a 300mm hose to take a sample. You will need a tank guard, mudflaps, fire extinguisher system, roll cage, safety cutout.... the list is extensive but I can list it all on here if you want or you can read the blue book and I will answer any questions it may highlight.

I have a few issues left now to complete before I can get the scrut back to log book... Tank guard (not arrived yet) and picture for logbook...easy

Yes mate i know all that! was just wondering about the fuel break, I was refering to your post in the british rally forum, and all the un certainty about the rear spoiler, how did you get on seeing as its not a genuine pug part?

Todays update. Fitted heat shield and rose jointed drop links on the front ARB.... then promptly broke one on the test drive home from the workshop..... back to the drawing board..... Shocked

Had a great day at Castle Combe today... the pug was on song and again beat some serious cars... subaru who??? Spent most of the day on the tarmac with good results and then took to the rougher stuff and blew the 1st to second gear syncro on the first run thru the special stage.... not to bad to stop the runs though. Thanks to Ape for coming but I am sorry I didnt have time for a proper natter Embarassed

went out on the tarmac later for two more runs using just 3rd, 4th and 5th, Still ate the subaru.... Last run of the day saw a brief tussle with a Civic typeR which sadly ended in him trying too hard to catch me and him rolling.... Hope the crew are ok

Final thought... very pleased with the little car and bring on the proper stuff Very Happy

It was a great day, loads to see and watch, took around 700 photo's in the end! It was a busy day for both of us matey so no worries about being stretched for time. I've got a few pics of you on the main circuit which I'll post up soon, couldn't get any of you on the stage as they'd blocked off public access Sad
