I might do, it still has a cheapo motorfactors clutch kit in with 20k on it. I'm doing the diff this weekend and I'm torn what to do really. I feel like I should just whip the box off and fit a decent clutch setup. how much can you do a helix sport cover and paddle for? is it sheaper or more expensive having the plate sprung?

You should do a kit with the flywheel too Very Happy

Hello my friend.... The flywheels are on an exchange basis so can you post a flywheel to me for exchange.... if this is possible I can do you a kit.

race/rally cover plate 60-4935 £228.58.... or
sport cover plate 60-4938 £194.49

cerametallic friction plate 76-4936 £164.56
bearing 40-4937 £24.36

Lightened flywheel (exchange) as previous post

These prices are RRP and I will contact Helix to see if I can get a decent extra discount for you all

Hi macj.

Sorry but i cant send my flywheel. Its to far, to much time, and to much shipping cost for double way.

sport cover plate 60-4938 £194.49
cerametallic friction plate 76-4936 £164.56
bearing 40-4937 £24.36

Is this price is final ? Did your clutch shaking from first pull. Like gti180 chronic problem.

I have not included any shipping in these prices, However I have tried to find a dealer nearer to you but have not found one. I would be able to get a weight from Helix for the kit and then calculate the shipping. I may also be able to get discount on this price when they get a confirmation of order.
I would think that the juddering issue would be solved with this kit, I found it was caused by distortion in the drive plate materials or broken springs.

Juddering problem source is weak releasing bear. I think this full kit will solve my problem. I'm waiting your shipping cost news.
