#2: Re: info needed on lowering please Author: NorthantsBen, Location: Raunds, NorthamptonshirePosted: Mon Sep 13, 2010 2:50 pm ---- the rear is torsion bars not springs so they have to be adjusted, tho new shocks on rear maybe needed. 206info.co.uk/Forums/v...t=100.html
#3: Re: info needed on lowering please Author: meady, Location: basingstokePosted: Mon Sep 13, 2010 2:52 pm ---- yeh no springs needed for the rear mate, and depending on how low you are going you wont need any new shocks or the rear either just the torsion bar adjusting

#16: Re: info needed on lowering please Author: Whirly, Location: SheffieldPosted: Tue Sep 14, 2010 1:20 am ---- I was wondering same kinda thing actually. If you were doing a diy job would you only need the front springs or do you need new shock absorbers or anything else as well?
#17: Re: info needed on lowering please Author: Whirly, Location: SheffieldPosted: Tue Sep 14, 2010 1:21 am ---- That was if I was lowering 35/40 mm
#18: Re: info needed on lowering please Author: Teebag, Location: exhall, bedworth, coventryPosted: Tue Sep 14, 2010 1:31 am ---- minnes down 50mm on springs only. ride isnt too bad tbh, 35-40mm on standard shocks will be fine.
