Well just got back and I must say what a s**t weekend!

I WILL NEVER DO AN EVENT THAT IS ORGANISED BY LIVE PROMOTIONS!

Friday the trailer went at 9.30. I still had bits to do. I left at 11.30. Trailer got there at 2pm and I was just behind it. Went to sign in and we were told Silverstone are doing a race day and couldn't enter til 6pm! Me and my mate give our tickets and get brown bands, girls give same tickets half hour later and get blue bands! WTF lol. 6.30 comes still waiting. They finally let us in at 6.45, so 4 and a half hours waiting in the car park! Goes to where we are supposed to be pitching it had not even been marked out. By the time we got our pitch and unhitched the trailer it was 8.30! we were then told Silverstone would not allow camping on site and we had to go to the camping with everyone else. Gets there at 9. Pitch black, no wherfe level to camp. Worst night sleep, so cold and with all the d**k heads. Music til 2am! Wakes up sat to find my car with half an inch of dust on it! NOT HAPPY

2 days of s**t trading and 2 nights of s**t sleeping along with s**t organisation!

Not being funny I never paid to get into the show so I feel sorry for the people that had to pay!

Well I was the other side of Silverstone running a car. Luckily I didn't go friday, or sleep the night saturday either but by all accounts your noisey buggers and upset a s**t load of people. Bunch of w**kers on the way up this morning on the A43, and specially after I'd turned off and come through the village.

No police out luckily, made my cruise home so much nicer.

I thought it was a good show. I was always a bit sceptical when you said you were sleeping on your stand as I've never known that at any car show except USC, and they've never allowed it for Trax.

And you'll always get music until late on the campsites, it's a weekend car show and half of the event is the campsite entertainment.

The organisation wasn't the best overall tho, wasn't too chuffed about having to drive to the event on public roads which meant taking it easy the night before and some dickheads took our stand space (until they got a "polite" notice to move lol.
