yeh a decent remap on them and they can go! XSi is a solid engine thats pretty easy to work on though well so ive been told (mechanical tuning is something i stay away from because im noob at that lol)

yeah thats what im thinking getting a diesel and remapping it, but id probably miss a petrol because of pull etc.. i dunno im a confused newbie Razz might try get a quote for a xsi tomorrow

well ive personally never driven an HDi remapped or otherwise but ive been told the gains are very noticable. As for the XSi, i went from a pretty sluggish rover 214 to this and i love it! im not the kind of guy that rags it round everywhere because i love my car to much lol but its got the power there when you need it Wink obviously its a long way from a GTi or 180 but its still quick enough for me Smile

If you had a choice between the HDi or XS

Go for the 2.0 HDi, ive had both Wink The HDi was made to rival the XS!

It may have the same power but the Turbo makes it get there faster Razz

Also China Blue FTW Cool

If you find a good one with all the GTi exteriour then yes!!

Also the XS was stopped in 2000 i believe!?
