Can anyone please tell me how to remove [from the bumper] my rear bump strip, so that I can get it resprayed. - I have tried undoing the 3 star screws but needs some thing more than that!

The other bolts will keep the bumper in place. Either that or remove it and do it but this is probably the easiest. If it has never been removed before maybe a bit stiff but will be easier next time.
