Wait, are you referring to splattering roadkill or causing it. Since I have been driving I have had more near misses with rabbits than I can count but most have just gone straight under the car. Mine has been lowered now about a month and in that time I have hit 2 bunnys and a cat because they don't fit under any more they just hit the bumper. It doesn't help that the cupra splitter acts like a spearhead.

You wanted just a picture right?
How about my new front bumper for a photo?
looks like a bumper doesnt mean you own the rest of the car lol
#153: Re: PG Tips Street-Basser and Euro Cross OEM Project Author: Addaz, Location: SuffolkPosted: Wed Aug 24, 2011 7:19 am ---- I get hedge hogs mainly, bunnys get dragged along with the exhaust (not a nice site)
The bumper is now as low as the exhaust so a small hedgehog will break the bumper

Tbh, it is a bit of pain
I cant turn round on my drive, i cant get in the most car parks
I cant enter a multistory due to the entrance ramp
I cant get up some bridges (eg snetterton or hump back ones)
Roadkill is now going to a big issue as the bumper is as low as the exhaust
Yet you still go on about how amazing it is having it that low

Its just the front bumper sits at sill level, and i really dont want to mark the bumper
I could drop the front another 10mm if i despretly wanted to, but i like her stance atm

#157: Re: PG Tips Street-Basser and Euro Cross OEM Project Author: Addaz, Location: SuffolkPosted: Wed Aug 24, 2011 9:42 am ---- Now that would be telling

Fibreglass or similar on the bottom the flare looks thicker and less rounded at the bottom. You can keep the 10 points I already have 8

Yes sort of, but better than just a bit of fibre glass
#161: Re: PG Tips Street-Basser and Euro Cross OEM Project Author: Rob2859, Location: HalifaxPosted: Wed Aug 24, 2011 6:17 pm ---- Strip of sheet aluminium or similar?
#162: Re: PG Tips Street-Basser and Euro Cross OEM Project Author: Addaz, Location: SuffolkPosted: Fri Aug 26, 2011 6:13 am ---- Nope
Changing the subject, seat is fully welded now and lower seat all fully in
Amp frame is being cut as we speak
#163: Re: PG Tips Street-Basser and Euro Cross OEM Project Author: Addaz, Location: SuffolkPosted: Fri Aug 26, 2011 9:03 am ---- Oh and both toe eyes are gone now
#164: Re: PG Tips Street-Basser and Euro Cross OEM Project Author: Addaz, Location: SuffolkPosted: Sat Sep 10, 2011 2:50 pm ---- Finally got round to getting an NSB 90
£140 second hand aint a bad price for that type of battery i dont think
Being placed in the boot, just need to finish welding up the box/bracket to hold it then cut the boot floor
