#1: Fitting Alpine ida-100/305 to 206gti Author: krakpot, Location: BoltonPosted: Thu Sep 30, 2010 6:14 am ---- I've been looking round for second hand alpine ida-100 or ida-x306 to replace my factory Blaupunkt head unit.
No ever seems to be selling the mounting cage which I believe comes with the units. Has anyone fitted one of these into a 206gti? Do I even need a cage?
All the other wires/harness which are somtimes missing from sales are easy obtainable but can't find much info about the cage.

Others will confirm of course if i am right or not lol!
