#1: 206 Brembos Author: Lodey, Location: Penzance & Falmouth CornwallPosted: Wed Oct 06, 2010 1:24 pm ---- right some of you may remember the brembo brakes i had fitted to the 206 i had, i am thinking of selling them, however they would have no discs or Pads. but feshly painted and also included the specific carriers to allow them to fit to the 206 Hubs, which are around 80 quids worth too. so would anyone be interested?

Not necessarily mate. I can run my Brembos with my RS without spacers and they're ET30.
It depends all on the shape of the wheel i.e. spokes etc. With things like the Vortex which have flaat spokes require a very low offset like you said of ET5.

#5: Re: 206 Brembos Author: macj, Location: EssexPosted: Wed Oct 06, 2010 2:31 pm ---- 206GTi 180 discs will fit straight on with 15mm spacers
#6: Re: 206 Brembos Author: Ruffy_206, Location: BristolPosted: Wed Oct 06, 2010 2:35 pm ---- yeah i got you uz. but was just asking woundered if these where any different as they are not the usally 406 ones.

iirc correctly they're off a 406 so Matt's had the brackets made up so they fit a 206 but he ran them with Vortex and had to use 20mm spacers.
I think he ran full size 302mm brembo brakes from a 406 but maybe wrong and ran the 283mm discs from the GTi180. But you can also get the 302mm discs from the C4 VTS which will also fit.

Sorry I was thinking 406 cause of my brembos but yeh iirc his are of the Fiat Coupe v6.
#10: Re: 206 Brembos Author: Lodey, Location: Penzance & Falmouth CornwallPosted: Thu Oct 07, 2010 1:34 am ---- They are actually not of any car but are most similar to a Leon cupra r but they are from the brembo kit direct from them. Just stripped them down last night and all of the galleries are internal unlike the LCR ones, they are bigger calipers than the 406 but not by much. Think price wise I would be looking around 350 for them, I also ran with the 406 discs as again that's what brembo supplied in the kit and that is the offset discs the carriers are set up to use are. An for vortexs I needed 15-20mm spacers.
