Mine does it and I always thought it was only on the models with the hazard light that is split in the middle and the left half is used to turn this locking mechanism on and off

hold down the lock button next to the hazard for 5 secs to activate it (if multiplexed car with feature)

Mum's 407 does this but did not originally. She took it to the peugeot stealerhship, they pressed a few buttons and set it up free of charge.

nope. just got the single button.

always wondered why there was so many wires to a simple hazard switch lol. off to the scrappie tomorrow!

I have the single button. is it just plug and play? are the wires already there?

on a different note being able to rape someone and drive at the same time is quite an achievement.
...in a kind of odd way.

to turn it on u need 2 hokd it down for 5 seconds with the ignition on and it should make a bong type noise like when on an aeroplane

Also jus because u fit the switch with two butons don't mean it wil wrk as it all depends whether the car is programd 2 or not

I bought a two button hazard switch and have planet pug software, i didn't get it to work although i have the plug and sufficient wiring. There was no option to enable it. Scanned a friends car with the feature and it was listed in the software configuration.

There isn't an option to enable it in my 53 reg bsi, but my friends 05 car has it. It must be down to the bsi version.

I didn't realise it could do that, pressed for 5 seconds...beep and "deadlocking active" comes up, and it works!

good tip, only thing is it makes me jump everytime it locks!
