Then he will get the log book for the old car and youll get a letter telling you that you no longer own the car.He should send off exactly what you have but you should get the log book for the gt.Id be ringing him as legally he still owns the gt.If he starts to be a d**k then id get a couple of mates to go round to his with you to hget what you need.If he doesnt come good then go through speed cameras at twice the speed till he gets it sorted.
#8: Re: Log Book?? Author: Dum-Dum, Location: United KingdomPosted: Thu Oct 28, 2010 4:15 am ---- If you didnt fill in and sign part of the V5 for the car youve bought then you wont get a new one.
Give him a call to make sure but otherwise youll need to go to the post office, get the right form, its number V something IIRC and then fill that out and send it off with the green slip.

Author: Sophia-206-GT, Location: East SussexPosted: Thu Oct 28, 2010 4:59 am ---- hes all the way up in birmingham! if its scam where he has a spare key and decides to pay the car a little visit and take it off the drive then he'll have a shock because i moved and the car is locked up on private land elsewhere!! cant find his number, found the little receipt he worte me, ill give dvla a call. good idea about the speed cameras!! lol but i do think ill give it a miss, is tempting lol
