DJ's Firedance XS Project
-> Project Cars

#1: DJ's Firedance XS Project Author: DJ-, Location: UK PostPosted: Sat Feb 20, 2010 1:52 pm
    ----
I bought the car in March 2008 for a bargain if im honest! Originally looking for a tivoli I found this firedance and it caught my eye enough to buy it!
This is how it looked the day I got it, quite dirty and not much shine to the colour! Rear lexarseee lights!

Had to change the rears so i managed to get a set of phase 2 rears which suit the firedance brilliantly imo! Also gave it a nice first wash.

Came onto info and a member was selling a firedance spoiler which was lucky as I didnt want to go through the cost of getting one painted etc. Thankfully 2 members who had dibs before me kindly decided to let me have it as it was my colour already. Got this fitted asap!

Bought and sprayed a phase2 bootstrip myself. My first go at spraying and it went ok, only see the errors when your close up to the car! Laughing Custom info sticker also added

A sweet 3" powerflow backbox fitted, love the sound of it!

The front at this stage:

I added the front upper grilles leaving the silver exposed to match the badge.

Then I wanted a black/orange theme so i sprayed them gloss black with the badge. Looks miles better now and more aggressive! Twisted Evil
Added the honeycombe grill and this is how it stands.

Soon to get some kind of anthracite or gloss black alloys when i get some spare cash! Razz
Oh and after travelling this upcoming week, it will reach 100k!
