Having said that I left mine until around 95k to get it done.
If she doesn't have a receipt for a £300(ish) job then i'd say its not been done.

Its never had the cambelt changed, done just over 146,000 miles, only thing i have done to it is change oil, never even changed the oil filter, I still mess around in it and its still going :L
But on both of my GTis I got them changed way before the recomended interval
