hey guys and gals
tried to start my diesel earlier and well it almost started but i think it was struggling because its like -3 out there
now it sounds like the battery is dying, its a 1.9D 206 s reg
is it pre or multiplexed?
and if its preplexed can i just whip the battery out to charge without softbooting?
cheers

It is non-plexed.

When starting, turn the key to ignition for a couple of seconds and then back to accessory about three times, this will force the glow plugs to heat up and ease starting

Lee, i did this and it struggled to turn over, i think the battery was already too low on power, its been sitting in the snow and cold for 2 days now
as its not plexed i can just whip the batt out yeah? and having an aftermarket head unit wont cause any issues?

Just change/charge the battery then.

The radio will be fine if its aftermarket.

No, you don't need to softboot on a non-plexed
