#1: wont start, Author: rypod206, Location: sheffieldPosted: Tue Dec 07, 2010 1:01 pm ---- bloody car wont start, think its because of the weather, because its never ever let me down, but looked under bonnet and the ice was every where, so its got all wool covers over the engine, and a cover over the front end, lets hope have some luck in the morning, or at the least not set on fire over night lol, anyone had it that cold recently, O think bats ok because all central locking and alarms fine, hope that doesnt go over tonights frost because got no locks on car lol ,

One of my friends 306's coolant pipes were frozen. She said she used Antifreeze, however I am not convinced. Her header tank resembled a slush puppy.

Squash the coolent pipes make sure there not solid.

cheers man , been out and checked pipes seem fine so does the expansion tank no icey bits lol
