THe centre belt which is the only one that comes inside the seat does not pull out. The airbags went off in the front seats so the pre-tentioners had fired. does the rear seat have one? could this be the problem?

If you go 2nd hand get one from NON crash damaged car & make sure you get the matching buckle part for the belt to.
