Right, please could somebody tell me an as accurate as possible estimate of how much it would be to:

1) refurbish all 4 injectors
2) replace all 4 injectors

on a 2.0 HDi 90 engine.

And which one you think would be best when my injectors are BADLY worn. Thanks in advanced for your help

Really? I have just been told time and time again that my injectors need replacing urgently. How long has urs sounded like this or has it always done?

iv only had my car 3 months, but i work for suzuki and we have this engine in the grand vitara and thats how they sound.

if you really think there is something wrong with them then take them out and send them off to be tested which i think is around 30 pound each

This is going to make me look extremely stupid now but when I had the misfiring fault fixed, I had it done at a main peugeot dealership (needed a courtesy car for work) and they said themselves the injectors are fine and have another 30,000 miles on them. Am I just being paraoid? It's just a mate whoes studied mechanics says their heavily worn and the engine does sound poor compared to other diesels

i very much doubt he can tell how worn a injector is just by listening to it. if your really concerned then take it to a garage and tell them what you have been told.
