#1: Power mad! Author: ukskater01, Location: sutton surrey/welwyn garden cityPosted: Sat Dec 18, 2010 1:57 am ---- Last night I set off for home and drove down the road, everything was fine. Then as I went over a raised zebra crossing in second the revs shot up very fast so I changed down to first and it done it again. I let go of the accelerator and it stopped doing it and hasn't done it since. Could the cold weather frozen my air filter or maf sensor?
Thanks

Was wheelspinning but couldn't hear it as the heater and radio was on. It's strange because it didn't feel like it was doing it, but today I could feel the cars wheel spinning like mad.
