Author: mjsroofing, Location: south walesPosted: Sat Dec 18, 2010 6:59 am ---- well i'm impressed every one, our 1.4 hdi drove lovely up and i mean up our street. we have a two stage hill and not many people get out but we flew up this morning, and it drove lovely sideways aroung morrisons car park too

This is how it looked at 8am this morning when I had just got in from a night shift at work, was only driving for maybe 15 minutes today and same last night going to work :/

my old 206 was my own personal snow plow last year the snow pushed it self over the bonnet as it built up on the front

i have M&S road tyres and they do make all the difference. not only to driving on snow and ice, but better grip and braking distances in general cold weather.
anyone who tells you otherwise is a tightarse who won't spend the money on being safer on the road.
may not be necessary in built up areas down south but they have been essential for me.
our 1.4 hdi is crap on snow hence still waiting on new winter tyres coming for it.
