#1: Hit kerb, lost reverse on one side Author: Theden82, Location: HertfordshirePosted: Sat Dec 18, 2010 11:52 am ---- Hi, hope someone can help.
Just been out in the snow and unfortunately hit the kerb on the left side.
When I goto reverse the right hand side wheel goes round but the left doesn't. Followed by a straining motor sound. Driving forward tho is fine!
Any help or suggestions would be great! Last edited by Theden82 on Sat Dec 18, 2010 1:21 pm; edited 1 time in total

Just front left hand side wheel doesn't reverse. Begins to whine at biting point. Right hand moves fine.
#10: Re: Hit kern, lost reverse on one side Author: Cr4zYb0y, Location: SalisburyPosted: Sat Dec 18, 2010 1:21 pm ---- I'd advise, you don't drive it at all. Just incase you make things worse.
Or something happens when your travelling at speed or main road etc.. For your saftey & anyone else's
#11: Re: Hit kerb, lost reverse on one side Author: Timon2210, Location: PalestinePosted: Sat Dec 18, 2010 2:09 pm ---- well there must be something got damaged in the left hand axle,i don't think it's a good idea to drive it,cuz make that will make things worse, specially in the transmission.
