Expensive Author: robdob, Location: oxfordPosted: Mon Dec 20, 2010 9:46 am ---- sounds pretty steep, thats because they probably wanna take the whole dash off and steering column out etc to gain access. most people on here will advise to do it yourself. can be easy or hard but that does sound steep to me personally. me and my dad did mine

#5: Re: Heater Matrix Replace... Expensive Author: DJ-, Location: UKPosted: Mon Dec 20, 2010 9:55 am ---- You can get it out without removing the whole dash.
You need to remove the glove box compartment (glovebox door and inside lining). Once the lining is out, you can bend the dash trim that runs under the glovebox out of the way to slide the heater matrix in and out. It will easily bend once the glovebox liner is out and it will return to its original condition once you let go. Much easier than spending a day getting the dash out. www.peugeotcentral.co....amp;t=1592

#7: Re: Heater Matrix Replace... Expensive Author: DJ-, Location: UKPosted: Mon Dec 20, 2010 10:01 am ---- Not sure if anything else close would need changing. Would be good to check servicebox diagram to see if there are any small components that may need changing whilst its all open?!

I couldn't get mine out without removing the dash
and then the dash itself takes up so much time to fit back as well!

Wiring should already be there clipped to side of glovebox, simple plug & play with switch & light.
