Compression checked it? Could be down on one cylinder
Checked that all the coils are giving sparks?
Had it checked for codes/scanned?

The gasket between intake manifolds and engine head had been "sucked" at the inside: I had a very little air leak, but in particular, one piece of the gasket was exactly in front of the 4th injector!
