Haha, seems worth a go. Let the MSA b***h about that instead.

Shame though, I like the bi-plane on your pug Sad

me too.... kind of suited the look.... bugger all good as a spoiler. I would get more downforce with a fly sat on the bumper

So. Plastic back window with a GTI spoiler then?

Don't worry about the paint job...the tailgate is bound to get mangled when you go backwards into a forest anyway!

Im sure you will be fine Mac.

New window and GTi spoiler and your sorted, saying that the GT wasnt speced with a spoiler as it was an optional extra.

That would be massive.... top man, would love to see the MSA faces if I can find an optional spoiler with downforce characteristics

The bi planbe is usually just bolted on the bolts are a little tricky to get to you will find them hiding behind the wiring rubbers on each side of the tail gate Wink 10mm iirc. Although I have seen these boned as well as the bolts really don't look man enough to hold the spoiler on

If its tigerseal then just cut it off with a big knife. Then sand and spray that small top section. that would be the cheapest option. Shame though that spoiler really suits your car.
