#1: Coolant frozen Author: johnk, Location: Fife, ScotlandPosted: Mon Dec 27, 2010 12:24 pm ---- Cars been off the road for a while, recently got it insured/tax'd/mot'd but not driven it since and its not been started in weeks as i had another car, went out today and the coolant in the header tank looks like a slush puppie
Whats the best way to de-frost it so i can drain it and add anti freeze without damaging anything?

failing that use a hot air gun hair dryer to thaw it out just undo the bottom hose and keep heating every thing up to clear it through take some hose off if nessecary
