To answer the question though,

The side strips are held on with pop clips, so you just pop them off ( you'll probably break the clips in the process as there pretty brittle - so get some new ones ready Smile )

I think the front bumper mould is held on with clips that slide into the bumper, not sure if there's also a bolt of two on that one, someone will let you know..

And for the rear I have absolutly no idea Sad

The wing mirrors are held in with 3 torx screws behind the plastic cover on the door inslide the car Smile

Or just white the caps? Gloss black base and housing with white caps? Maybe?

Yer that would work, but when the whole things white it looks a bit tacky, too much white!

Three large torx screw located in the boot lip IIRC, then just unclips either side.

The bump strips on the side you need to slide the front ones back (towards the rear of the car) until they move then just pull them off, the rears just pull off iirc.

Front and rear I've never done but you might need to take the grill off and undo some torx screws (can someone confirm??) before popping each corner out of the bumper purely going off what I've seen seen, so could be talking out my a%$e. Similar bolts on the rear too but again, might not have to touch them Smile

And the actual painting the only real tips are too make sure you have more than enough primer, colour and lacquer.

Get a whole bunch of different grade sand paper, and just take everything really slowly, don't skip parts or rush in between coats prep makes perfect Wink
