fuel filter help please

i have ordered a new fuel filter for my 206 1.9d but do i just unclip top take old one out put new one in then clip it shut. or am i wrong? please help

you might want to pick up a litre of diesel to fill it up too

Clean around the housing so no crap falls in

Unclip the clips and pipes going to the housing

Unclip the housing cover

Take the fuel filter out and the sealing ring (should fit a new one)

Clean the housing

Fit the new filter

Fit the pipes back on

Prime the fuel system

wot do u mean by prime the fuel system?

Its a derv, you have to reprime the fuel system.

Like if you ever run out of juice, you have to prime it

Pump the priming pump till you can feel resistance, then do it a few more times for good luck

where is the priming pump to mate?
