What is the best way to dry out the inside of the tail lights. There has been a build up of water droplets inside the light casing? We have had record low temperatures here (-22 degrees) and I think the seals have ruptured?

After market lights are not fully sealed.had this problem.put light assy in very hot water and split it.after cleaning i used silicon and its fine.but be careful not to break light edge while removing it
