#1: euro 206 update dipped wheels Author: europug, Location: london PostPosted: Mon Jan 03, 2011 4:53 pm

right i thought its about time i did a project thread, i dont have many pics of how i got it but some after n up to date, with the help of me mates this car has come along way, wernt in the best state by the time i got it as it had kerbed alloys f****d body work and the set up of the collies was s**t

first things first i took it to brads n lowered it

as you can see fornt bumper was f****d so next stop was to see sach, who sorted bumper for me brining it back as good as new Very Happy

fitted some 15mm hub centric spacers to bring rear wheels out a bit, proper filling the arch now, after gettin braver taking the car back to brads to slamm, once i bought new collies as old ones gave up we slammed it as low as poss, with a bit of customizing from brad top work

now for a set of more euro looking lights to go with the new look

right back to sach for some more bodywork, as we have been in talks for a while on the new look for 2011 show season, it was a bit brave as photoshops wernt great so the new fiesta purple was gonna either be a hit or miss

tbh at this stage i think the people who saw the car, like my self wernt sure on the new look but like sach n brad were sayin it wasnt finished so wheels next

i randomly came across this interior was not expecting to get pruple leather till new year but had to snap this up as i already had alacantra 180 interior and to come across this i couldnt let it pass, so with help from sach an early sat morning we went for a drive to pick it up, then back to sachs to fit along with help from ant, while the interior was out we striped the roof lining and a,b,c pillars which sach had sprayed black and put that back in along with seats

i have probably missed loads lol but this is how it stands at the mo ready to go back to see sach in the new year for some more bodywork

I like this car, but...

Please lower the front end! It looks all wrong. Front and rear arch gap needs to be the same. I get sick of seeing chavs in their Saxo's with the back end on the deck and the front riding high, it looks gash, and probably doesn't do the handling any favours either, I don't get it.

I like the new wheel colour too but they need bolts round the edges as they look unfinished.

He's got a civic type r I don't think the new owner will sign up tbh
And Ross the front is down as low as he back so much so that the wishbones are about an inch from the road surface

Rear looks lower than the front to me, there's more arch gap up front.
