#19: Re: Flat battery, then things start failing.. Author: Lee, Location: EnglandPosted: Mon Jan 10, 2011 1:50 pm ---- See how far you are from S25, and I'll come do a full code read for you for about £30-ish depending where you are. Or you can meet me so far if you want.
#20: Re: Flat battery, then things start failing.. Author: clarky78, Location: NottinghamshirePosted: Tue Jan 11, 2011 7:11 am ---- Hi,
It's not far as your only just past worksop. What would that do? Will it clear the code? I assume it may be because there is stilll a fault which means won't it just come straight back?
#21: Re: Flat battery, then things start failing.. Author: Lee, Location: EnglandPosted: Tue Jan 11, 2011 7:57 am ---- Yeah I'm near worksop.
I'd scan it to see if there are any fault codes in the ECU, BSI, ABS, ESP, MFD, Radio, etc. Then I'd clear them for you. Then start the car back up, and then re-scan it to see which faults re-appear. The ones that re-appear, will need fixing.
It's up to you.

If I pay you £30 and there are faults, it's going to have to go in anyway to be fixed. But thanks for the offer. I'll bear it in mind for future Faults though..
#23: Re: Flat battery, then things start failing.. Author: clarky78, Location: NottinghamshirePosted: Wed Jan 12, 2011 5:49 pm ---- Another update on this:
All the warning faults have gone away! I assume the Redex has totaly done it's job. Only problem now left is the erratic stereo, but yet to prove if thats the car or the stereo. Fingers crossed it stays ok...
