Perhaps it was dark at the time and he didnt pay attention what car he was removing them from

The fitment for 4 stud peugeots (including 206) is 4x108 and those are 4x100 so they will not fit without hub adapters.
It does say citeron but as far as I know they are 4x108 too so it looks like he has made a mistake.
