There isn't a 'standard' mpg for 180's, simply because there isn't a 'standard' driving style or 'standard' road
i did get into the lows 30s on a run to deamon tweeks the other week

On a run it did 33-35 (motorway) and 36-40 touring (A-roads, dual track, country lanes etc).
It was about 10%-15% lower than my GTi 138 (which was remapped), but was 100% more fun than the 138
